Schedule a Courier Pickup

You can book a pick-up for Express shipments either contacting local customer service department by phone (370-5) 236 07 00, or submitting the form below. To book a pick-up you should have valid DHL account number starting "336...." (for export shipments) or "96/95...." (for import shipments).

Cut off times for same day booking in Vilnius is 6 PM, Kaunas - 4.30 PM, Klaipeda - 3.30 PM. To check cut-off time for other cities, please contact our local customer service
